250 g blanchierte, geröstete Mandeln
200 g Butterkekse
120 g geschmolzene Butter
140 g Honig
100 g Back-Kakao 
für die Verzierung (je nach Belieben): Schokoladenglasur, Kokosraspeln, gehackte und geröstete Mandeln o.ä.

Zubereitung

Zunächst müssen die Butterkekse fein zerbröselt und die Mandeln grob zerhackt werden, um beides anschließend in einer großen Schüssel mit dem Kakao zu vermengen. Nun werden die geschmolzene Butter und der Honig hinzugegeben und alle Zutaten so lange mit den Händen geknetet, bis eine Masse entsteht, die sich gut formen lässt und nicht in der Hand auseinanderfällt. Anschließend werden kleine Pralinen-Bällchen (etwa 20 g pro Praline) geformt, die nun eine ¾-Stunde lang kaltgestellt werden müssen. Sobald die Kugeln „hart“ geworden sind, können sie in die Schokoglasur getaucht und mit den Kokosraspeln, Mandeln etc. verziert werden. Zum Erkalten und Hartwerden der Schokoladenglasur sollten die Bällchen am besten auf ein Kuchengitter gelegt werden.
