Zubereitung

Den Backkofen auf 180 Grad vorheizen. Für den Mürbeteig die erstgenannten Zutaten (Mehl, Backpulver, Butter, Zucker, Vanillezucker, Zitronensaft und Eigelb) zu einem glatten Teig verkneten. Anschließend zu einer Kugel formen und in Frischhaltefolie gewickelt ca. 20 Minuten ruhen lassen. Mürbeteig im Backofen ca. 30 Minuten backen.

Für den Biskuitteig die Eigelbe mit dem Zucker und dem Wasser schaumig schlagen. Mehl, Stärkepulver und Backpulver sieben und unterarbeiten. Die Eiweiße steif schlagen und unter den Teig heben. Die Masse auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegte Backblech streichen und im Backofen ca. 25 Minuten backen. Anschließend noch heiß mit der Aprikosenmarmelade bestreichen und aufrollen.

Den Mürbeteigboden vorsichtig auf eine Tortenplatte heben und mit einem Tortenring umlegen. Die Gelatine nach Packungsanweisung einweichen und auflösen. Sauerrahm, Puderzucker, Orangensaft und Orangenlikör cremig rühren und die Gelatine unterrühren. Die Sahne steif schlagen und unterheben. Die Masse auf den Boden geben und ca. 2 Stunden im Kühlschrank fest werden lassen.

Die Biskuitrolle in etwa 2 cm dicke Scheiben schneiden. Die Torte mit den Biskuitscheiben belegen. Tortenguss aus 250 ml Orangensaft, 4 El Zucker und 2 P. klarer Tortenguss nach Packungsanweisung zubereiten, die Torte damit überziehen. Fest werden lassen und mit Sahnetupfen verzieren.
