Zubereitung

Ergibt zwei Kastenformen

Nehmt eine richtig große Schüssel. Sie sollte so groß sein, dass ihr problemlos alle Zutaten auf einmal hineinbekommen könnt und gut mit den Knethaken eurer Küchenmaschine alles miteinander vermengen könnt.
Also wiegt und misst alle Zutaten ab und packt sie zusammen in eure große Schüssel. Schließt die Knethaken an eure Küchenmaschine an und schon kann es losgehen. Knetet den Teig so lange bis es eine homogene Masse ergibt. Dies dauert etwas und nicht wundern, dass der Teig sehr klebrig ist. Dies ist normal. Legt zwei Kastenbackformen mit Backpapier aus, teilt den fertigen, klebrigen Teig in zwei Portionen und füllt diese vorsichtig in die Formen. Am Besten geht dies mit zwei Esslöffeln. Wenn ihr diese unter heißem Wasser haltet, könnt ihr den Teig etwas glätten (ich mache diesen Vorgang jedoch nie, da ich diese Kruste am Leckersten finde).
Nun folgt das einzig komplizierte an der Sache: --das Backen. Die beiden Stuten sollten im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 50°C Ober-/ Unterhitze für 15 min backen. Danach die Gradzahl auf 100°C erhöhen, sobald der Ofen die 100°C erreicht hat, weitere 15 min backen. Dann den Ofen auf 150°C erhöhen und wie eben, sobald er die 150°C erreicht hat wieder für 15 min backen. Und zu letzt den Ofen auf 175°C stellen, wenn er diese Zahl wieder erreicht hat für 15 min backen. In der Zwischenzeit die Stuten jedoch im Ofen lassen. Sollten sie etwas zu dunkel werden in der Farbe, einfach mit Alufolie abdecken und weiter backen.

Nach der Backzeit, die ja immerhin mindestens 1 Stunde dauert die Stuten herausholen und auf einem Kuchengitter auskühlen lassen. Mit Schinken und Käse ist dieser Stuten ebenso ein Genuss wie schnöde mit guter Butter bestrichen, oder mit selbstgemachter Konfitüre.
