Zutaten:
200 g Edelbitter-Schokolade
200 g Vollmilch-Schokolade
200 g Palmin (Kokosfett)
2 Eier
75 g Puderzucker
2 El Kakao
4-5 El Rum oder 2-3 El Spiritus
2 Handvoll mini Marshmallows
Butterkekse

außerdem:
Kastenform (20x11cm)
Frischhaltefolie

Zubereitung:
Die beiden Schokoladensorten und das Palmin über einem heißen Wasserbad schmelzen lassen.
Eier, Puderzucker und Kakao mit dem Schneebesen des Handrührgerätes cremig schlagen.
Die Schokomischung und den Rum zugießen und gut verrühren.
Die Kastenform mit Folie auslegen,
Mit der Schokocreme anfangen,
dann die Kekse nebeneinander darauflegen,
so lange den Vorgang wiederholen bis alle Zutaten aufgebraucht sind.
In die letzte Schicht die mini Marshmallows verteilen und mit den Keksen abschließen.
Zuletzt wird ein schweres Schneidebrett auf den Kuchen gelegt, um diesen zu pressen und das Aufsteigen der Marshmallows zu verhindern.
Ca 6-7 Stunden (am besten über Nacht) kalt stellen.

WICHTIG!
Sollten Kinder mitessen, bitte den Rum weglassen oder gegen Rumaroma ersetzen!
