  • 320 g Roastbeef, aufgeschnitten
  • 12 Blätter Kopfsalatherzen


Für die Sauce:

  • 80 g Mayonnaise
  • 2 EL Magermilchjoghurt
  • 1 Prise Cayennepfeffer
  • 1 EL Schnittlauch

Zubereitung

Am besten schmeckt dieses Rezept auf frisch gebackenem Bauernbrot aus Deinem Ofen. Natürlich kannst Du es aber auch beim Bäcker Deines Vertrauens kaufen.

 

Die Tomaten waschen, die Stielansätze entfernen und in dünne Scheiben schneiden. Bohnenkrautblättchen abzupfen und hacken.

Tomaten rundherum mit Salz, Pfeffer und Bohnenkraut würzen und mit Olivenöl beträufeln.

Den Salat waschen und trockenschleudern.

Die Mayonnaise mit Joghurt, Salz und Cayennepfeffer verrühren. Schnittlauch in feine Röllchen schneiden und unterheben. ⅔ der Creme auf die Brotscheiben streichen.

Die Tomaten fächerförmig auf das Brot legen.

Den Kopfsalat in das Roastbeef einrollen. Die Röllchen auf dem Brot anrichten und mit restlicher Creme und Kräutern toppen.
