  • Für den Mürbeteig:
  • 270 g Butter
  • 1 Ei
  • 140 g Puderzucker
  • 550 g Mehl Type 405
  • 1/2 TL Backpulver
  • Salz

Für die Füllung:

  • 1 Paket  Mohnfüllung (= 250 g)
  • 110 ml Milch
  • 70 g Walnusskerne
  • 50 g getrocknete Apfelringe
  • 1 EL Aprikosenmarmelade
  • 1 TL Zimtpulver
  • 2 Msp. Nelkenpulver
  • 1 Msp. Ingwerpulver

Zum Bestreichen:

  • 1 Ei

Zubereitung:
Butter schaumig rühren, Ei und Puderzucker zugeben und ca. 5 Minuten weiterschlagen. Mehl, Backpulver und Salz mischen, unter die Ei-Masse rühren und den Teig ca. 1 Stunde kühl stellen. Mohnfüllung nach Packungsanweisung mit Milch zubereiten. Walnusskerne grob hacken, Apfelringe in kleine Würfel schneiden, beides mit der Mohnfüllung, Aprikosenmarmelade und Gewürzen mischen. Teig halbieren, jede Hälfte zwischen Folie zu einem Rechteck von ca. 35 x 15 cm ausrollen. Backofen auf 180°C vorheizen. Die Füllung auf beiden Teigplatten verstreichen, von der langen Seite her zu einer Teigstange aufrollen und weitere ca. 30 Minuten kühl stellen. Teigstangen mit verquirltem Ei bestreichen und jeweils in ca. 1 cm breite Scheiben schneiden. Plätzchen auf einem mit Backpapier ausgelegten Backblech ca. 18-20 Minuten bei 180°C backen (Umluft 160°C, Gas Stufe 3) und nach Wunsch fein mit Puderzucker besträubt servieren.
