Zubereitung

Heizt den Backofen am Besten gleich am Anfang auf ( 200° C Umluft).
Danach Butter/Margerine, Eier, Zucker und Vanillezucker vermengen und Sahne unterrühren. Die Schokolade in mittelgroße Stücke teilen und unter den Teig heben. (Wie jeder will, aber nicht zu klein). Mehl, Kakao und Backpulver zugeben und rühren.

Nun füllt ihr den Teig in gleich großen Portionen in Muffin Förmchen auf eurem Muffin Backblech.
Ofenzeit: 20 Minuten bei 170-180 ° auf mittlerer Schiene backen.

Schließlich holt ihr die Muffins aus dem Ofen, aber Achtung!:
5-10 Minuten abkühlen lassen, danach entweder frisch verzehren oder in einer Kuchenbox lagern und kalt genießen :)
