50 g Weizen-Vollkornmehl
½ TL Backpulver
40 g Rohrzucker oder Vollrohrzucker
20 g Zucker
90 g Pflanzenmargarine
70 g Erdnussbutter bzw. Erdnussmus mit Stückchen
1 TL Vanille-Extrakt 
24 Hershey's Kisses bzw. andere Schokolade 

Equipment:
Küchenwaage
Messlöffel
2 Rührschüsseln oder 1 Rührschüssel und eine andere große Schüssel
Handrührgerät mit Rühr- und Knetaufsätzen oder Küchenmaschine mit Flachrührer
Schneebesen
Mini-Muffin-Blech mit 24 Vertiefungen oder 24 kleine Mini-Muffin-Förmchen
Rost zum Abkühlen

Zubereitung

1) Ofen auf 175ºC Ober-/Unterhitze oder 155ºC Heißluft/Umluft vorheizen.

2) Mehl, Vollkornmehl und Backpulver in eine Rührschüssel oder eine große Schüssel geben und mit dem Schneebesen vermischen.

3) Margarine, Rohrzucker und Zucker (plus ggf. Vanillezucker) in eine weitere Rührschüssel geben und mit dem Handrührgerät mit Rühraufsatz oder einer Küchenmaschine mit Flachrührer ungefähr 2 Minuten schaumig schlagen.

4) Erdnussbutter dazu geben und weitere 2 Minuten gut schlagen bis die Masse schön fluffig ist.

5) Vanille-Extrakt dazu geben und für einige Sekunden schlagen.

6) Nun das Mehlgemisch dazu geben und ungefähr eine Minute verkneten. Beim Handrührgerät dafür die Knetaufsätze, bei der Küchenmaschine den Flachrührer verwenden.

7) Den Teig mit den Händen zu ca. 3 cm großen Kugeln rollen und in jedes Mini-Muffin-Förmchen ein Kügelchen geben.

8) Im Ofen ca. 8 bis 10 Minuten goldbraun backen.

9) Sofort in jedes Förmchen ein Hershey's Kiss bzw. ein Stückchen Schokolade setzen und vollständig auskühlen lassen. Danach aus dem Blech bzw. den Förmchen lösen.
