1 Glas Sauerkirschen = 720 ml
1 kleine Dose Aprikosen = 420 g
100 g Marzipan-Rohmasse
125 g Butter
1 Tasse Zucker =150 g
1 Prise Salz
1 EL Mandellikör
1/2 Tasse Joghurt =110 g
1/2 Tasse Hartweizen-Grieß = 75 g
3 Eier
11/2 Tassen Instantmehl Type 405 = 165 g
1 gestrichener TL Backpulver
25 g gehackte Pistazien
Fett für das Blech

Zubereitung

Kirschen und Aprikosen abtropfen lassen. Aprikosen vierteln.

Elektro- Backofen auf 180 Grad vorheizen.

Marzipan fein zerdrücken und zusammen mit der Butter glatt rühren. Zucker, Salz, Likör, Joghurt, Grieß und Eier zugeben und verrühren. Mehl mit Backpulver vermischen, sieben, portionsweise unter den Teig rühren und die Früchte unterheben.

Für die Förmchen je einen Bogen Alufolie abreißen, über ein Glas (ca. 7 cm Durchmesser) stülpen, gut andrücken, Glas herausnehmen und das Förmchen mit dem Teig füllen.

Pistazien darüber streuen und Törtchen ca. 40-50 Minuten backen (Elektro- und Erdgasbackofen: 180 Grad/Stufe 3, Umluft: 160 Grad).
