2 Eier,
50 g Zucker,
30 g Mehl
20 g Speisestärke
10 g Kakao
1 Msp. Backpulver

90 g weiße Schokolade
90 g dunkle Schokolade
250 ml Sahne

Zubereitung:

Für die Dekoration mit geschmolzener Kuvertüre Herzen suf Alufolie spritzen.
Eier und Zucker schaumig rühren, Mehl,Speisestärke,Kakao und Backpulver unterheben. Teig in Form 28 cm geben und bei 180°C ca. 12 min backen.
Schokolade in Stücke brechen, Sahne in 2 Portionen aufkochen, in eine Portion weiße Schokolade unterrühren, in eine Portion dunkle Schokolade unterrühren. Auskühlen lassen und 1 Std. kalt stellen.

Aus dem Biskuit Kreise ausstechen (8 x ca 8 cm und 4 x ca 6 cm)

Die Schokosahne kurz cremig aufschlagen und in Spritzbeutel mit Sterntülle füllen.
Auf 4 große Biskuitkreise abwechselnd weiße und dunkle Schokosahnetuffs spritzen, Biskuitkreis daraufsetzen wieder Tuffs aufspritzen. Kleinen Biskuitkreis daraufsetzen und mit Sahnetuffs abschließen.
Mit Schokoherzen und Orangenfilets verziehren.

Alternativ kann der Biskuit und die Schokomousse auch in Gläser geschichtet werden.
