  • 10 große blaue Pflaumen
  • 2 TL Sonnenblumenöl
  • 4 EL Honig (flüssig!)
  • ¼ TL Zimt
  • 120 g Mascarponecreme
  • 1 TL Vanilleextrakt

Zubereitung

 

  1. Pflaumen waschen, halbieren und den Stein entfernen. Mit Sonnenblumenöl, 1 EL Honig und Zimtpulver vermischen. Anschließend die Pflaumen mit der Schnittfläche nach unten in eine karamellisieren beginnt, Pflaumen sofort aus der Pfanne nehmen und abgedeckt auf einem Teller warm halten.
  2. Die Mascarponecreme mit 1 EL Honig und ½ TL Vanilleextrakt vermischen. 2 EL Honig mit restlichem Vanilleextrakt verrühren.
  3. Pflaumen je nach Vorliebe wie folgt anrichten:
    • Variante A: Jeweils 5 Pflaumenhälften auf 4 Dessertteller setzen. Mit Mascarponecreme befüllen und anschließend mit dem Vanille-Honig beträufeln.
    • Variante B: Pflaumen ggf. vierteln und abwechselnd mit der Mascarponecreme in ein Dessertschälchen schichten. Anschließend mit Vanille-Honig beträufeln.
