Für den Teig
300 g Weizenmehl Type 550
2 TL Backpulver
75 g Zucker
1 Päckchen Vanillezucker
6 EL Milch
6 EL Speiseöl
150 g Quark
Für die Füllung
1 kleiner Apfel
1 kleines Glas Apfelkompott = 370 ml
1 EL Rosinen
1/4 TL Zimt
1 Ei
Für den Guss
100 g Puderzucker
2-3 EL Zitronensaft

Zubereitung

Elektrobackofen auf 200 Grad vorheizen.

Für den Teig Mehl mit Backpulver mischen, zusammen mit Zucker und Vanillezucker in eine Rührschüssel geben. Nach und nach Milch und Öl mit den Knethaken des Handrührgerätes untermischen. Quark dazugeben und unterrühren. Teig aus der Schüssel nehmen, mit den Händen kräftig durchkneten, zu einer Kugel formen und in Folie gewickelt ca. 30 Minuten kalt stellen.

Für die Füllung Apfel schälen, das Kerngehäuse entfernen, in kleine Würfel schneiden und mit Apfelkompott, Rosinen und Zimt vermischen. Teig ausrollen und zu 10 Kreisen (( ca. 12 cm) ausstechen. Backblech mit Backpapier auslegen, Teigkreise darauf legen und jeweils die Ränder mit verquirltem Ei bestreichen.

Apfelfüllung auf dem Teig verteilen, diesen zu Halbmonden zusammenklappen und im vorgeheizten Backofen ca. 15-20 Minuten backen (Elektro- und Erdgasbackofen: 200 Grad/Stufe 4, Umluft 180 Grad).

Für den Guss Puderzucker und Zitronensaft verrühren und die Apfeltaschen noch heiß damit bepinseln.
