Für den Mürbeteig:

  • 4 EL Cappuccinopulver (Instant)
  • 300 g Mehl Type 405
  • 50 g gemahlene Mandeln
  • 50 g gemahlene Haselnüsse
  • 100 g Zucker
  • 1 Prise Salz
  • 200 g Butter

 

Zubereitung:
Cappuccinopulver mit 50 ml kochendem Wasser verrühren, abkühlen lassen. Mehl mit Mandeln, Haselnüssen, Zucker und Salz vermischen. Butter in Flöckchen und Cappuccino unterkneten. Teig zugedeckt ca. 1 Stunde kalt stellen. Backofen auf 180°C vorheizen. Teig in ca. 1 cm dicke und 6 cm lange Rollen formen, die Enden spitz zulaufen lassen und zu Kipferln biegen. Die Kipferln auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Backblech legen und ca. 8-10 Minuten bei 180°C backen (Umluft 160°C, Gas Stufe 3). Auskühlen lassen und nach Belieben mit heller und dunkler Kuvertüre, Mokkabohnen und Hagelzucker dekorieren.


Kühlzeit: ca. 60 Minuten
Backzeit: ca. 8-10 Minuten
