Zutaten:

250 g Mehl ( durch den Eierlikör braucht man etwas mehr )

100 g Zucker

125 g Butter oder Margarine ( ich habe Sanella genommen )

1 TL Backpulver

1 Pck Vanillezucker

2 Eier

4 - 6 EL Eierlikör

Zubereitung:

Mehl, Zucker, Vanillezucker, Margarine und Eier mit den Knethaken

gut durchkneten. Dann den Eierlikör dazu geben.

Nochmals gut durchkneten.

Wenn der Teig noch etwas zu "cremig" ist, etwas Mehl dazu geben.

Dann den Teig in Frischhaltefolie ca 30 Minuten in den Kühlschrank legen.

Nach der Kühlung den Teig auf einer bemehlten Arbeitsfläche schön

geschmeidig kneten, evtl noch Mehl hinzugeben.

Gleichmäßig ausrollen und nach Belieben Plätzchen ausstechen.

Die Plätzchen auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtem Blech legen.

Backofen etwas vorheizen.

Die Plätzchen bei 190° C - 200°C ca 15 - 20 Minuten backen.

Wenn sie goldbraun sind, rausnehmen, abkühlen lassen und

dann wegmuffeln ;-)
