Zutaten

Für den Teig:

  • 125 g Zucker
  • 250 g Butter
  • 370 g Mehl
  • 200 g gem. Mandeln
     

Für den Belag:

  • 250 g Marzipan-Rohmasse
  • 1 Eiweiß
  • 125 g Puderzucker
     

Für die Füllung:

  • 1/4 l Sahne
  • 1 Vanilleschote
  • 100 g Kuvertüre

Zubereitung

Zucker, Butter, Mehl und Mandelnverrühren und zu einen Teig verkneten.

30 Min kalt stellen.

Auf ein wenig Mehl ausrollen.Nicht zu dünn.( Am besten zwischen zwei aufgeschnittenen Plastikbeuteln )

Kreise von 5 cm durchmesser ausstechen.

Auf das Backblech legen.

Die Marzipan mit Eiweiß und Puderzucker cremig rühren und in einen Spritzbeutel mit Sterntülle füllen.

Auf die hälfte der Plätzchen einen Marzipanrand spritzen.

10-15 Min. bei 180 C backen.

Für die Füllung, die Sahne mit dem Mark der Vanilleschote aufkochen,

gehackte Kuvertüre dazu geben und rühren, bis die Masse dick wird.

Abkühlen lassen.

Die Plätzchen ohne Marzipanrand mit der Masse bestreichen und ein Marzipanplätzchen drauf setzen.

Ergibt ca. 40 Stück
