1,0Vanilleschote
175,0gMehl
200,0ggemahlene Mandeln
2,0TLBackpulver
300,0gSchokolade (je nach Geschmack)

Zubereitung

* Die Butter mit dem Zucker schaumig rühren
* Eier und das Mark einer Vanilleschote zugeben
(Die ausgekratzte Schote in etwas Zucker legen,
gibt super Vanillezucker, nicht einfach wegwerfen!)
* Mehl und Backpulver mischen und zugeben
* Zuletzt die gemahlenen Nüsse und die Schokolade unterrühren
(Ich nehme immer dunkle und Vollmichschokolade)
* Wer möchte, kann auch noch gehackte Nüsse zugeben!
* Im Sommer schmecken auch frische Beeren (Himbeeren, Heidelbeeren)
* Je nach gewünschter Größe die Teigmasse aufs Blech setzen
(Platz zwischen den Teighäufchen lassen,
denn die Cookies zerlaufen etwas beim backen!)
* Bei 175°C 10-12 Minuten backen (Der Rand wird dunkel)
* Die Kekse sind noch weich, härten aber beim abkühlen!
