Zubereitung

Im Prinzip kann man jedes mögliche Rezept für die Pinguin-Muffins/Cupcakes verwenden. Ich persönlich habe mich für Donauwellenmuffins entschieden, da der Vanillepudding oben drauf ähnlich wie Eis/Schnee aussieht und perfekt zu den Pinguinen passt (habe dann die Schokoglasur weggelassen).

Zunächst also ein beliebiges Muffins-/Cupcakerezept aussuchen und alles nach Anleitung backen.

In der Zwischenzeit aus Kinderschokobons, weißem und orangem Marzipan sowie runde Plätzchenstreuseldeko (am besten in blau oder schwarz) Pinguine formen.

Zuerst das Kinderschokobon auspacken und mithilfe eines Messers aus dem weißen Marzipan den weißen Teil des Pinguins ausschneiden (wie ein hohes Fenster unten flach, oben rund). Am Schokobon befestigen und anschließend aus dem orangen Marzipan Füße und Schnäbel formen. Für die Füße am besten runde ovale Kugeln formen und dann mit dem Messer zweimal leicht einschneiden. Beides ebenfalls am Pinguin befestigen.
Man kann so viele Pinguine erstellen wie man möchte (bis die Schokobons alle sind ;)).

Wenn die Muffins oder Cupcakes mit Topping fertig sind, die Pinguine leicht andrücken. Vorsicht: Nicht auf zu heißes Topping setzen, da das Marzipan sonst schmilzt!
