Zubereitung

Zartbitter-Schokolade hacken. Mit Butter in einer Schüssel im warmen Wasserbad schmelzen. Eier trennen. Eiweiße steif schlagen und 75 g Zucker dabei einrieseln lassen.
Eigelbe und 75 g Zucker weißcremig rühren. Mehl, Backpulver, 1 Prise Salz und Mandeln mischen, unterrühren. Schokoladen-Butter ebefalls einrühren. Zum Schluss Eischnee unterheben.

Quadratische Backform fetten (ca. 25x25) und mit Mehl ausstäuben. Teig einfüllen, glatt streichen.
Im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 175 Grad (Umluft 150 Grad) 40 - 50 Min. backen. Kuchen in der Form auf einem Kuchengitter auskühlen lassen.

Kuchen aus der Form lösen und waagerecht durchschneiden. Untere Hälfte mit Johannisbeer Konfitüre gleichmäßig betreichen und dann mit der anderen Hälfte bedecken.

Edelbitter Schokolade grob hacken und Kokosfett in einer Schüssel im Wasserbad schmelzen. Etwas abkühlen lassen und die Küchlein damit bestreichen und auf Kuchengitter abtropfen lassen.
Anschließend mit kleinen bunten Kugeln bestreuen und ca. 30 Min. kalt stellen
