Zubereitung

Den Backofen auf 180 Grad (Ober-/ Unterhitze) vorheizen.

Butter und Zucker einige Minuten lang cremig rühren. Anschließend die Eier hinzugeben und schaumig schlagen. Mehl mit Salz, Backpulver und Vanillemark mischen und unter die Buttermasse rühren.

Auf einem Teller (oder in einer Schüssel, wie ihr wollt) Zucker und Zimt mischen. Aus je 1/2 EL Teig kleine Kugeln formen und diese ordentlich im Zimtzuckerbad abtauchen lassen.

Die Kugeln auf dem Backblech verteilen und mit einem Löffel leicht flach drücken. Nun ab in den Ofen und ca. 7–8 Minuten backen lassen. Sie sollten noch leicht hell und weich sein, ansonsten trocknen sie beim Auskühlen zu sehr aus.
