Zubereitung

  1. Das Marzipan mit dem Zucker, 250 g Nüssen, Zimt, Salz und Vanillemark in einer Schüssel miteinander mischen. 3 Eiweisse unterarbeiten, und alles zu einem glatten Teig verkneten. Den Teig zu einer Kugel formen und abgedeckt etwa 2 Stunden stehen lassen.
     
  2. Die restlichen Nüsse mit dem Mehl auf einer Arbeitsplatte ausstreuen und den Teig darauf etwa 1 cm dick ausrollen.
     
  3. Den Backofen auf 180 Grad (Umluft 160 Grad) vorheizen. Zwei Backbleche mit Backpapier belegen. Mit einem Ausstechförmchen Sterne ausstechen und auf das Backblech legen.
