Zutaten

  • 3 Eiweiß
  • 250 g Puderzucker
  • 1 EL gemahlener Zimt
  • 2–3 EL Kirschwasser, Obstler o.ä.
  • 250 g gemahlene Mandeln
  • zusätzlich noch gemahlene Mandeln zum Ausrollen

Zubereitung

Eiweiß sehr steif schlagen, Esslöffelweise den gesiebten Puderzucker dazu
Weiter schlagen bis die Masse glänzt.
5 Eßlöffel der Masse beiseite stellen.

Zimt, Kirschwasser und Mandeln unter den Eischnee heben. Masse wenigstens eine Stunde in den Kühlschrank stellen.

Den Teig ausrollen (auf Silikonmatte), falls er klebt, noch Mandeln drauf streuen
Sterne ausstechen und auf Backblech legen.

Die Sterne mit dem beiseite gestellten Eischnee bestreichen (mit einem Löffel)

Zimtsterne über Nacht in einem kühlen Raum trocknen lassen.

Backen bei ca 200 Grad Umluft, ca. 4-5 Minuten, der Eischnee sollte noch weiß sein
