ZUTATEN TEIG
250 g Mehl / 250 g Zucker / 4 Eier M / 1 Pkch. Vanillinzucker / 1 Pkch. Backpulver (es wird keine Butter benötigt)

ZUTATEN STREUSEL
400 g Mehl / 200 g Zucker / 250 g kalte Butter / 1 TL gem. Zimt

Außerdem: Äpfel (ich brauchte exakt 4 Stk, rel. große u. es waren knackige Äpfel, keine Backäpfel, lecker sollten sie sein) UND ca. 50 ml flüssige Sahne sowie Puderzucker für die Glasur.

Zubereitung

Aus den Zutaten für den Teig wird ein Rührteig zubereitet. Alle Zutaten miteinander vermixen.

Den Teig auf einem gefetteten Backblech (Backrand benutzen) verteilen.
Obst fächerförming dicht an dicht darauf verteilen.

Zutaten für die Streusel in eine Schüssel geben.
Die kalte Butter in kleineren Stückchen zufügen.
Nun alles so lange mit dem Knethaken vermengen, bis Streusel entstehen.
Wenn die Streusel dann fertig sind, auf dem gesamten Obst verteilen. Die Streusel können beliebig groß sein.

Das Blech kommt nun in den Backofen bei Ober- Unterhitze 180 Grad.
Nach ca. 40 - 45 Minuten sollte der Kuchen fertig sein.

ACHTUNG: SOFORT nach dem Rausnehmen die flüssige Sahne auf dem gesamten Kuchen verteilen !!! Sie zieht in den Kuchen ein & macht ihn noch saftiger.

Kuchen auskühlen lassen und dann die Glasur (Puderzucker mit Wasser vermengen ----> sollte GANZ dickflüssig sein) darauf verteilen.
