Zubereitung

Für die Buttercreme:
600ml Milch
1 Ei
1 1/2 Pk Puddingpulver Vanille
300 g Butter
50 g Zucker

Milch, Ei, Zucker und Puddingpulver zu einer Vanillecreme kochen.
Die Creme abkühlen lassen, dann die Butter dazu geben und mit einem Handmixer schön luftig schlagen.

Biskuitboden:
6 Eier
1 PK Vanillezucker
220g Zucker
280g Mehl
2 TL gestrichen Backpulver

Die Eier, den Zucker und Vanillezucker 30 Minuten lang schlagen.
Darin liegt das Geheimnis, so wird der Biskuitboden super luftig.
Mehl sieben und zusammen mit dem Backpulver in der Ei Zucker Masse unterheben.
Springform einfetten und im vorgeheizten Ofen bei 175° etwa 50 Minuten backen.

Wenn der Boden fertig ist, einmal in der Mitte halbieren.
Auf die erste Hälfte Marmelade des eigenen Geschmacks verteilen.
Buttercreme darüber. Dann die zweite Hälfte darauf und die restliche Buttercreme über der Torte verteilen. Jetzt kann man nach Belieben dekorieren ;)
