Zubereitung

Die Butterkekse mit Puderzuckerguss überziehen und darauf beliebige Verzierungen (z.B. Gummibärchen, Smarties, Streudeko usw.) befestigen und die Kekse beiseite legen.

Kirschen und Mandarinen schon mal abtropfen lassen
Die Butter mit Zucker, Vanillezucker und Eiern schaumig rühren. Das Mehl mit dem Backpulver unterrühren. Sckokostreusel mit unterrühren 2 EL Zitronensaft unterrühren, bis der Teig geschmeidig ist. Den Teig auf ein Blech streichen, eine hälfte mit Kirschen, eine hälfte mit Mandarinen belegen und bei 200°C 25-30 Minuten backen.

Aus Puddingpulver, Milch und Zucker nach Packungsanleitung einen Pudding kochen und diesen noch heiß auf den abgekühlten Kuchen streichen. Den Kuchen über Nacht kühl stellen.

wenn alles abgekühlt ist oder am nächsten Tag die Sahne mit Vanillezucker und Sahnesteif steif schlagen und die Schlagsahne auf die Puddingschicht streichen. Mit den vorbereiteten Butterkeksen belegen und den Kuchen noch 4-5 Stunden durchziehen lassen, damit die Kekse weich werden.
