Zubereitung

Aus Mehl, 75g Zucker, Margarine und einem Ei einen Mürbeteig herstelle nund abgedeckt in den Kühlschrank stellen. Den Quark, die anderen 2 Eier und 140g Zucker in der Rührschüssel von Hand verrühren. Puddingpulver, Öl und Schmand miteinander verrühren und unter die Quarkmasse geben. Nach ca. 45 Min. Ruhezeit den ausrollen und eine gefettete 26er Springform damit auslegen.Die Quarkmasse darübergießen (diese muss sehr flüssig sein also nicht wundern) und die Mandarinen darauf verteilen. Bei 180°C 50 Minuten backen. Abkülen lassen und SCHMECKEN LASSEN ;-).
PS.: Wieso heißt dieser Kuchen eigentlih drop-down-cake?! Als ich den das erste mal gebacken habe, war ich stolz wie Bolle dass er so gut gelungen ist. Als er auf dem Kaffeetisch stand wollte meine Schwester ihn anders hinstellen. Ich sagte noch zu ihr sie soll den Kuchen nicht fallen lassen, und wie ich gerade ausgesprochen hatte landete der Kuchen vor meinen Füßen auf dem Boden! Seither nenne ich ihn so!
