  • 300 g Margarine
  • 350 g Zucker 
  • 1 Päckchen Vanillezucker
  • 6 Eier
  • 350 g Mehl
  • 3 TL Backpulver
  • Abgeriebene Schale von 1 Zitrone
  • 1 Becher Cookies'n' Creme Frosting (450 g) oder Creme nach Belieben
  • Fondant in gelb, weiß, orange, schwarz, rosa Zuckerkleber/Wasser

Zubereitung

3 Kuchen mit einem Durchmesser von ca. 16 cm. Zwei davon hab ich in normalen kleinen Springformen gebacken und den anderen in einer Kugelform (Halbkreis)
Die Margarine mit dem Zucker, Vanillezucker und den Eiern schaumig rühren. Die Zitronenschale, das Mehl und Backpulver dazu geben und weiter rühren. Den Teig in die gefetteten Backformen geben und bei 180 °C ca. 30 Minuten backen.

Den 1. Kuchen mit Creme einstreichen, 2 darauf setzen und ebenfalls mit Creme einstreichen und zum Schluss den Kuppelkuchen (Halbkreis) darauf setzen und wieder mit Creme einstreichen.

Anschließend aus gelbem Fondant ganz viele Kreise ausstechen ("Federn") und von unten nach oben ringsrum anbringen (als Bauch vorne in der Mitte habe ich weißen Fondant genommen)

Für die "Füße" jeweils 3 kleine orange Kügelchen in verschiedenen Größen formen und mit etwas Wasser oder Zuckerkleber anbringen.

Für den Schnabel einen Kegel aus Fondant formen.

Für die Augen aus weißem Fondant nochmal 2 Kreise ausstechen, aus schwarzem Fondant kleinere Herzen und aus weißem Fondant noch kleinere Herzen, übereinander kleben.

Schleife aus rosa Fondant formen.
