Zubereitung

Das Mehl in eine große Schüssel geben. In die Mitte eine Mulde drücken und die Hefe in kleine Stücke zerbröseln und hinzugeben.
Etwas Zucker darüber streuen. Den restlichen Zucker auf den Mehlrand geben.
Etwas lauwarme Milch auf die Hefe gießen und vorsichtig zu einem Brei verrühren.
Das Fett auf den Mehlrand verteilen und die Gewürze hinzugeben.(Zitronenschale, Salz)
Die Zutaten mit der Hand zu einem geschmeidigen Teig verarbeiten.
Und zu einer Kugel formen.
Den Teig an einen warmen Ort stellen und ca. 20-30 Minuten gehen lassen.
In der Zwischenzeit die Zwetschgen vorbereiten. Die Zwetschgen waschen und vom Kern befreien.
Nachdem der Teig gegangen ist, nochmal mit bemehlten Händen gut durchkneten und auf einem leicht gefetteten Backblach dünn ausrollen.
Die Zwetschen Schuppenartig aufs Blech setzten und leicht andrücken.
In den Vorgeheizten Backofen schieben und ca. 25-30 Minuten bei 160 Grad Umluft backen.
Nach dem Backen kann der Kuchen mit Zimt und Zucker bestreut werden. Besonders gut schmeckt der Kuchen mit Schlagsahne die nach Belieben zum Kuchen gereicht werden kann.
