1,5 kg Pflaumen
150 g Marzipan
150 g Butter
150 g Zucker
150 g Joghurt
100 g Hartweizen-Grieß
5 Eier
1 Prise Salz
3 Tropfen Bittermandelaroma
1/2 TL abgeriebene Zitronenschale
200 g Weizenmehl Type 405
1 1/2 gestr. TL Backpulver
Fett für das Backblech
100 g Mandelstifte
Puderzucker zum Bestäuben

Zubereitung

Elektro-Backofen auf 180 Grad vorheizen.

Pflaumen waschen, halbieren und entsteinen. Marzipan fein zerdrücken und mit der Butter glatt rühren. Zucker, Joghurt, Grieß, Eier, Salz, Bittermandelaroma und Zitronenschale zugeben und alles verrühren.

Mehl mit Backpulver vermischen und nach und nach unterrühren. Den Teig auf ein gefettetes Backblech streichen, Pflaumenhälften auf dem Teig verteilen, leicht andrücken, mit Mandelstiften bestreuen und ca. 20-30 Minuten backen (Elektro- und Erdgasbackofen: 180 Grad/Stufe 3, Umluft 160 Grad).

Kuchen auskühlen lassen und mit Puderzucker bestäubt servieren.

 

Tipp: Nach Wunsch mit Vanilleeis und Sahne servieren.
