Zubereitung

Alle Zutaten in einen Rührtopf und verrühren.

Er muß schön vom Rührschlegel schwerfällig abtropfen.

Den Teig passt in eine große Form von einem Gugelhupf.
Ansonsten eignet sich der Teig wunderbar als Boden für Obstkuchen, Muffin, Osterfiguren (Hase, Huhn, Lamm usw)

Sollte mal nicht so viel Nußnougartcreme (Nutella, Nutoga usw)zuhause haben, dann nimmt man die Menge die man als Creme da hat und streckt den Rest mit Schokostreusel.

Als Glasur kann man Schokiglasur, Vanilleglasuer, Zuckerguß, Puderzucker oder gar nichts drauf machen.

Bei 175° Umluft im Gugelhupf 50 Minuten in den Ofen, wenn dieser dann aus ist, einfach drinnen stehen lassen. Durch die Restwärme geht er schön durch und ist dann noch schön saftig und feucht.
Ansonsten 1 Std Backzeit, dann muß er auch raus, aber da wird er etwas trockener.
