Zubereitung

Zubereitung:
Margarine, Zucker und Salz schaumig rühren, nacheinander die Eier zufügen.

Mehl und Backpulver mischen und esslöffelweise unterrühren.

Einige Bananenscheiben für die Verzierung zurückbehalten, die restlichen Bananenscheiben, Crème fraiche, Walnüsse und Gewürze zum Teig geben und gut vermengen. Elektro-Backofen auf 180 Grad vorheizen.

Teig in eine gefettete, mit Paniermehl ausgestreute Schneemannform füllen und ca. 60-70 Minuten backen (Elektro- und Erdgasbackofen: 180 Grad/ Stufe 3, Umluft 160 Grad). Gut auskühlen lassen.

Puderzucker mit soviel Zitronensaft verrühren, dass eine zähflüssige Masse entsteht. Den Schneemann damit überziehen. Etwas Zuckerguss für den Schal zurückbehalten und mit Lebensmittelfarbe einfärben.

Den Hut mit aufgelöster Schokoladenglasur überziehen. Aus eingefärbtem Marzipan Blätter ausschneiden und den Hut damit verzieren.

Nach Wunsch Mandeln aufdrücken. Aus Trockenfrüchten, Borkenschokolade und Cocktailkirschen ein Gesicht modellieren. Den Schal mit gehackten Mandeln ausfüllen und Trockenfrüchte als Knöpfe verwenden.
