3 EL Olivenöl
Salz
200 g Hartweizen-Grieß
2 Eigelb
1 kleine grüne Paprikaschote
1 rote Chilischote
1 Schalotte
1 Knoblauchzehe
2 EL Speiseöl
1 Dose stückige Tomaten = 425 ml
Pfeffer
1 TL heller Balsamicoessig
1 TL Honig
150 g Schafskäse
2 EL glatte, gehackte Petersilie
50 g grob gehackte Walnüsse
Grieß für die Arbeitsfläche
1 Eigelb zum Bestreichen

Zubereitung

300 ml lauwarmes Wasser mit Olivenöl und einem halben Teelöffel Salz zum Kochen bringen. Grieß unter Rühren einrieseln lassen bis ein glatter Kloß entsteht, noch ca. eine Minute erhitzen und in eine Schüssel füllen. Eigelb unterrühren und den Teig ca. 15 Minuten ruhen lassen.

Für den Dip Paprika- und Chilischote halbieren, Kerngehäuse entfernen und Schoten waschen.

Schalotte und Knoblauchzehe abziehen. Schalotte, Paprika- und Chilischote fein würfeln, Knoblauch zerdrücken und alles in erhitztem Öl andünsten. Tomaten zugeben, ca. 20 Minuten köcheln lassen, mit Salz, Pfeffer, Essig und Honig abschmecken.

Für die Füllung Schafskäse mit einer Gabel zerdrücken, mit Petersilie und Walnüssen vermischen, mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen. Grieß-Teig zu zwölf kleinen Kugeln formen, auf einer mit Grieß bestreuten Arbeitsfläche oval ausrollen, mit der Käsemischung füllen, die Ränder mit verquirltem Eigelb bestreichen, zu Taschen zusammenklappen und die Ränder gut andrücken.

Fett in einer Fritteuse erhitzen, Taschen ca. fünf Minuten goldbraun ausbacken und zusammen mit dem Dip servieren.
