Zubereitung

Die süß-saure Äpfel waschen und aushöhlen, mit Zitronensaft beträufeln.
Das Fruchtfleisch klein würfeln und ebenfalls mit Zitronensaft beträufeln.
Zwei EL Öl erhitzen. Gehackte Zwiebel und Fruchtfleisch kurz anbraten.
Hähnchenbrustfilet waschen und trocken tupfen, in kleine

und ca 5 Min. weiterbraten. Anschließend die Schlagsahne hinzugießen, einrühren und bei schwacher Hitze 12-15 Minuten mit geschlossenem Deckel garen.
Den Backofen auf 200 Grad Ober- und Unterhitze (180 Grad
Heißluft) vorheizen.
Die ausgehöhlten Äpfel mit der Hähnchen-Apfel-Masse füllen, in eine feuerfeste Form setzen und im vorgeheizten Ofen ca. 20 Minuten garen, bis die Äpfel weich sind. Kurz vor dem Ende der Garzeit mit Gratinkäse bestreuen und goldgelb überbacken.
Mit Honig und frisch gemahlenem Pfeffer servieren.
