Zubereitung

Den Backofen auf 190 Grad (Umluft 170 Grad) vorheizen.

Die Butter mit Zucker, Honig, Sahne einmal aufkochen lassen.

Die Butter-Zucker-Honig-Masse bei mittlerer Hitze etwa 5 Min. köcheln lassen. Dabei die Mandelblättchen unter vorsichtigem Rühren hinzufügen.

Die Masse teelöffelweise auf ein Backblech geben und ca. 10 Minuten backen.
Die Kekse abkühlen lassen und mit einem spitzen Messer vom Backblech lösen. Die Unterseite mit Schokoladenglasur bestreichen.
