Zubereitung

Dieses Rezept wurde uns freundlicherweise von mymuesli zur Verfügung gestellt.

Der Apfel ist die absolute Lieblingsfrucht der Deutschen. Im Durchschnitt werden ca. 246 Äpfel im Jahr verputzt. Roh oder gekocht - Äpfel sollten in keinem Backbuch fehlen. Ob als Apfelkuchen , Apfelmus , Apfelsaft oder Apfelstrudel, der Apfel schmeckt in jeglicher Form fantastisch . Auch in unserem Müsliriegel kommt er perfekt zur Geltung. Mit unserem leckeren Apfel-Mandel-Granola, Apfelsaft und einem frischen Apfel wird dieser Riegel zu einem echten Lieblingsmüsliriegel-Kandidat. Anne aus dem mymuesli-Team schmeckt dieser Riegel besonders gut, weil er mit dem frischen Apfel innen herrlich weich und außen richtig knusprig ist.

1. Den Backofen auf  180 °C Umluft vorheizen.
2. Die Butter mit Honig und Ahornsirup cremig rühren und die Eier dazugeben.
3. Das Müsli Deiner Wahl mit Mehl und Backpulver vermischen.
4. Äpfel grob raspeln und mit Zitronensaft und Apfelmus vermengen.
5. Dann alle Zutaten miteinander vermischen.
6. Den Teig in die Backform füllen und 30 Minuten backen.
7. Aus dem Backofen nehmen und abkühlen lassen.
