Zubereitung

Zubereitung der Muffins:

175 g weiche Butter und den Zucker gut verrühren.
Anschließend die Eier hinzugeben und ebenfalls unterrühren.
Auf 2 mal das Mehl mit dem Back-u.Kakaopulver hinzugeben und unterheben.
Als letztes die Milch unterrühren.
Den Teig in Muffinförmchen verteilen und bei 180 Grad bei Ober und Unterhitze ungefähr 20 Minuten backen und abkühlen lassen.

In dieser Zeit wird die Buttercreme hergestellt:

200 g Frischkäse,1 EL (ca. 15g )Butter,3 EL Puderzucker und bisschen rote Lebensmittelfarbe gut verrühren und kalt stellen.

Wenn die Muffins abgekühlt sind,Herzen ausstechen. Dieses einmal waagrecht teilen und mit Buttercreme bestreichen und das obere Stück vom Herz wieder drauf setzen und mit Puderzucker bestäuben.
Für den Muffin in der Mitte hab ich die Herzform nur ein bisschen eingedrückt das Herz rausgeholt und mit Buttercreme aufgefüllt.
