Zubereitung

Butter, Zucker,Eigelb,Milch, Backpulver, Mehl und Vanillezucker
in einem Topf ca 5 Minuten aufschlagen,
die hälfte des Teiges, in eine mit Backpapier ausgelegte runde (26er) Kuchenform, füllen...glattstreichen

Eiweiß und Zucker steif schlagen, die hälfte auf den Teig geben...und etwas glattstreichen.
15-20 Minuten bei 180° backen....
herausnehmen...sofort den Rand mit einem feuchten Messer losschneiden...mit dem Backpapier zusammen aus der Form nehmen , auf ein Kuchengitter legen und abkühlen lassen.
Mit der 2. teighälfte und der 2. Baisermasse ebenso verfahren.

Wasser mit Zucker,Eier, Maizena und Zitronensaft in einen Kochtopf verrühren....kurz aufkochen lassen....abkühlen lassen....

alles zusammen in den Topf aufschlagen.

Sahne steif schlagen

Die Masse unter die Sahne heben....

den 1. Tortenboden auf eine Tortenplatte legen...die Sahne creme drauf streichen und den 2. Tortenboden drauf legen.
