Zubereitung

Zuerst mache ich den Teig. Dafür müsst ihr die Eier trennen! Das Eiweiß wird steif geschlafen und nach und nach alle anderen Zutaten hinzugegeben (250 g feiner Zucker, 1 x Vanillezucker, 300 g Mehl, 2–3 EL Backkakao, 1 x Backpulver und die Schale einer Zitrone)!
Bei 175 °C für ca. 20 Minuten in den Backofen schieben!

Die Sahne steif schlagen, dass Gelatine Fix ­hinzugeben. Den Quark, Frischkäse und den Zucker unterheben. 3 Spritzer einer Zitrone hinzugeben. Die Masse in 3 Schüsseln aufteilen und mit verschiedenen Lebensmittelfarben einfärben!

Die Torte wird einfach geschichtet! Die Mandeln mit grüner Lebensmittelfarbe und 3 EL Wasser einfärben. Diese kommen als letztes auf die Torte. Die Kuvertüre in einem Wasserbad schmelzen lassen, die Kekse einzeln eintauchen und um die Torte stellen.
Und für 2 Stunden in den Kühlschrank stellen.

Übrigens noch ein kurzes Wort zu dieser Kuchenform CUCINA Back und Servierform von Jenaer Glas, die ist Spitze. Ich habe die bei Facebook "Ich liebe Backen" gewonnen. Das untere Teil ist aus Glas, so eine Backform hatte ich noch nie. Da braucht man keine Tortenplatte mehr. Dazu der passende Deckel. Ich liebe diese Form jetzt schon. Normal wollte ich was Anständiges darin backen, aber so ohne Küche war das einfach nicht möglich. Das nächste Wochenende wird meine neue Küche hoffe ich stehen und dann kann ich auch wieder ordentlich backen. Und muss nicht mit diversen Sachen durch den Freundeskreis/Familie rennen, um es dort zu machen. Wobei ich ja froh bin, dass alle so lieb sind.
