2 Eier
ca. 100 ml Milch
Eischnee aus 2 Eiweiß
Lebensmittelfarbe

Für die Buttercreme:
Pudding kochen aus Puddingpulver und 500 ml Milch laut Packungsanweisung
250 g Butter

Zubereitung:
Butter und Zucker schaumig rühren, anschließend die Eier hinzu.
Mehl mit dem Backpulver mischen und langsam unter die Butter Masse rühren. Nach und nach die Milch dazu geben.
Eischnee zubereiten, diesen dann unter den Teig heben.

Den Teig in gleich große Mengen abfüllen und die Lebensmittelfarben einrühren.
Die verschieden farbenen Böden einzeln backen, ca. 10-15 Min. bei 180 Grad.

Buttercreme:
Pudding kochen (kann man auch am Vortag machen, dann ist er auf Zimmertemperatur, beim abkühlen ab und zu rühren damit keine Haut entsteht)
Butter und Pudding verrühren.

Zwischen die einzelnen Böden die Buttercreme verteilen und außerdem ausßen um den Kuchen rum.

Ich habe diesen Kuchen dann mit Fondant überzogen (Marshmallow Fondant).
