150 g Butterkekse / 500 g Frischkäse / 200 ml Sahne / ca. 100 g Butter / Saft 1 Zitrone / 100 g Zucker / 1 Pkch. Vanillinzucker / 200 g TK Obstmischung / roten Fruchtsirup / 1 EL Speisestärke

Zubereitung

Obst in einen Topf geben, etwas Fruchtsirup zufügen u. kurz aufkochen lassen. Mit Speisestärke (Stärke und etwas kaltes Wasser vermischen) binden, bis die Masse einigermaßen dickflüssig ist. Kalt stellen.

Butterkekse im Gefrierbeutel ganz fein zerbröseln. Butter im Topf schmelzen u. zu den Keksen geben u. vermischen. Nicht sofort alles auf einmal, sondern bis die Krümel leicht zusammenbleiben.
Die Keksmasse in den Servierformen verteilen u. fest andrücken.

Frischkäse mit Zucker u. Zitronensaft vermischen.
Sahne mit Vanillinzucker steif schlagen u. unter den Frischkäse ziehen. Masse auf dem Keksboden verteilen.
Die abgekühlten Beeren oben drauf verteilen und für ein paar Stunden in den Kühlschrank stellen.
