Zubereitung

Biskuitteig:

Eier trennen. Eiweiße steif schlagen.
Zucker nach und nach einrieseln lassen. Zu einer glänzenden Masse rühren. Eigelbe unterrühren. Mehl mit Speisestärke, Kakao und Backpulver mischen und darüber sieben. Alles vorsichtig unterheben.

Biskuitmasse in eine mit Backpapier ausgelegte Springform (26cm) geben und glatt streichen.
Im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 180° Ober-Unterhitze ungefähr 35 Minuten backen.
 

Zubereitung Füllung:

Den Tortenboden 2 mal durchschneiden, so dass man 3 Böden hat.
Sahne mit Sahnesteif steif schlagen.
6–12 Giotto beiseite legen für die Deko.
Alle anderen Giotto klein pürieren und unter mit einem Schneebesen vorsichtig unter die Sahne rühren.

  1. Boden auf eine Tortenplatte legen.
    Den Boden mit Nutella bestreichen Tortenring anbringen —> Giottosahne drauf
  2. Boden drauf —> Giottosahne drauf
  3. Boden drauf und mit der restlichen Giottosahne bestreichen. Wenn die zu wenig ist, einfach was von der beiseite gestellten Sahne unterrühren

Tortenring wegmachen und die Torte auch Außen mit Sahne bestreichen und mit Schokoraspeln am Rand dekorieren.
Dunkle Kuvertüre über einem Wasserbad langsam schmelzen lassen und mit einer Gabel über die Torte ziehen. Ggf. die Giottos in die Kuvertüre eintunken, dann halten sie besser.
Oben die Torte in Stückchen einteilen und mit den beiseite gestellten Giotto verzieren
Torte kalt stellen und später genießen.
