50 ml Kondensmilch
500 - 1000 g Früchte (Mandarinen, Beeren, Kirschen...)
200 g Zucker mit
1 Becher Sahne steifschlagen
2 Pckg. Gelatine (nach Packunganweisung auflösen)
1 Pckg. Tortenguss klar (kein Muss)

Zubereitung

Eier trennen, Eigelb mit heißen Wasser schaumig rühren und Zucker unterrühren. Mehl mit Backpulver mischen, sieben und unterheben. Eiweiß steif schlagen mit eine Prise Salz und in die Mischung unterziehen.
Eine Springform mit Backpapier auslegen, Teig einfüllen und bei 175°C ca. 20 min backen (Garprobe mit Holzstäbchen machen).
Quark mit Zitronensaft (Menge nach Geschmack) , Kondensmilch und Zucker verrühren.
Gelatine nach Packunganweisung auflösen, abkühlen bis es etwas steif wird und unter die Quarkmasse rühren. Wer mag, gibt noch Früchte (Mandarinen, Kirschen, Beeren...) dazu.
In den Kühlschrank stellen bis es beginnt, fest zu werden. Dann die steifgeschlagene Sahne unterziehen. Wieder kurz in den Kühlschrank stellen. In der Zwischenzeit den gebackenen Biskuitboden 1x quer halbieren und in einen Ring legen.
Dann einen Teil der Quark-Sahnemasse (ggf mit Früchte) auf dem unteren Boden streichen, den zweiten Boden drauf legen und Rest der Quarkmasse drauf verteilen.
Als Abschluss kann man mit ein paar Früchte oben drauf garnieren und als Abschluß mit klarem Tortenguss (nach Packunganweisung) darüber glatt verstreichen.
Danach für 1 Tag im Kühlschrank richtig fest werden lassen.
