Marmor-Käsekuchen

400 g Butterkeckse

150 g Butter

Kekse in TM geben und auf Stufe 8-9 zerbröseln. Umfüllen.

Butter schmelzen 50° Stufe 2 / 2 Minuten. Keksbrösel und Butter mischen.

Die Mischung in einer Springform verteilen und fest andrücken. Den Boden

bei 175° 10 Minuten backen und dann abkühlen lassen.

600 g Frischkäse

250 g Magerquark

120 g Zucker

2 Tl. Vanillezucker

4 Eier

100 ml Sahne

150 g Zartbitterschokolade

3 EL Espresso

Frischkäse und Quark glatt rühren, Stufe 4 ca. 10 Sek. Zucker und Vanillezucker

dazugeben kurz unterrühren. Danach die Eier und die Sahne zufügen wieder

Stufe 4 / 10 Sek. Die Schokolade im Mikro oder im Wasserbad schmelzen, 3 Eßl. Espresso

dazu. Dann die hälfte der Masse dazu, dh. Käsemasse halbieren. Nun die helle Masse

auf den Boden geben, darauf die Dunkle. Dann die restliche helle Masse und zum Schluß

wieder die Dunkle. Um das Marmormuster zu bekommen habe ich mit einem Zahnstocher

ein Muster in die Käsemasse gezeichnet. Den Kuchen bei 130° für weiter 85 Min. backen.
