375 g Zucker
2 Pck. Vanillinzucker
180 ml Öl
150 ml Mineralwasser
75 ml Saft, (Multivitaminsaft)
1 Flasche Aroma (Orangen-)
375 g Mehl
1 Pck. Backpulver
200 g Schlagsahne
2 Pck. Sahnesteif
1 Pck. Vanillinzucker
200 g Schmand
1/2 Dose Cocktailfrüchte
400 g Marzipan
3 Tube/n Lebensmittelfarbe

1 TL Milch

Für den Teig:
Eier, Zucker und Vanillinzucker schaumig schlagen, und das Öl unterrühren. Mineralwasser mit Multivitaminsaft mischen und ebenfalls unterrühren. Zum Schluss das Orangenaroma zugeben.
Mehl mit Backpulver mischen und unterrühren. Den Teig auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Blech von etwa 30x40 cm streichen und bei 180 Grad etwa 30-40 Minuten backen.

Den Kuchen auf dem Blech erkalten lassen und dann auf eine zum Schneiden geeignete Unterlage legen.

Eine Malvorlage ausdrucken (Je nachdem, welches Motiv man will.), vergrößern und auf den Kuchen legen. Die Konturen mit einem scharfen Messer nachschneiden.

Den Kuchen durchschneiden und den obigen Teil vorsichtig beiseite legen.

Für die Füllung Sahne mit 2 Pck. Sahnesteif und 1 Pck. Vanillinzucker steif schlagen. Schmand und Cocktailobst unterrühren. Füllung kalt stellen. Sahne-Schmand-Obst-Füllung auf den Boden streichen und den oberen Kuchenteil wieder drauflegen.

Jetzt Marzipan mit Lebensmittelfarbe einfärben und zwischen Frischhaltefolie in der Größe des Motivs ausrollen. Vorsichtig die Marzipandecke auf den Kuchen legen und den überschüssigen Marzipan abschneiden.

Lakritzschlangen halbieren und aufziehen, die Konturen des Motivs damit nachzeichnen.

Aus Puderzucker und Milch eine Zuckerglasur z.B. für Augen herstellen. Die weiße Zuckerglasur mit einem dünnen Pinsel vorsichtig in die Augen streichen. Bei der Verziehrung sind der Fantasie keine Grenzen gesetzt :)
