Sahne mit 200 g !!!! Zucker aufkochen. Eigelbe verquirlen. Etwas von der aufgekochten Sahne zu den Eigelben geben, vermischen und zurück zur übrigen Masse in den Topf geben. Bei kleiner Hitze (kann dauern) so lange mit einem Teigschaber rühren, bis die Masse dickcremig ist. In eine Schüssel füllen und Frischhaltefolie DIREKT auf die Masse geben u. auskühlen lassen.

Eiweiß mit einer Prise Salz steif schlagen, restlichen Zucker einfließen lassen.
Die gemahlenen Mandeln vorsichtig mit dem Schneebesen unterheben.
Hälfte Teig in eine Springform 26 cm (auf dem Boden Backpapier einklemmen) geben u. bei Umluft 175 Grad ca. 20 Min. backen.
Auskühlen lassen und die zweite Hälfte Teig backen.

Butter mit dem Mixer ein paar Minuten lang schaumig schlagen. Die Eiermasse löffelweise hinzugeben und immer weiter mixen.
Buttercreme auf dem ersten Teigboden verteilen, zweiten vorsichtig drauf geben u. die restliche Masse drauf streichen.

Mandelblättchen in der Pfanne goldgelb rösten, abkühlen lassen und auf dem Kuchen verteilen.
KALT STELLEN ....... vor dem Verzehr, den Kuchen mit etwas Puderzucker bestäuben.
