Zubereitung

Grundrezept:

Ich habe den Backofen auf 200 Grad (Ober,unterhitze) vorgeheizt, den Boden der Springform eingefettet und die Butter zerlassen. Eier, Eigelb, Zucker, Vanille und Salz schaumig schlagen, bis sie nicht mehr an Volumen zunehmen. Die Masse sollte dann hellgelb und luftig sein. Darüber dann das Mehl sieben und vorsichtig unterheben. Die zerlassene Butter unterziehen. Danach muss der Teig in der Springform glattgestrichen werden. Die Springform sollte einen Durchmesser zwischen 24 und 26 cm haben. Den Teig auf mittlerer Schiene 20 Minuten bei 200 Grad backen. Den Teig herausnehmen, abkühlen lassen und dann aus der Springform lösen.
Wenn der Biskuitboden abgekühlt ist, sollte man ihn in 3 Lagen teilen.

Frischcreme:

Puderzucker, Frischkäse und Vanille glatt rühren. Nach und nach die Butter und die Lebensmittelfarbe dazu geben. Es ist wichtig das die Butter richtig weich ist, da sich sonst die Zutaten zu einem Klumpen vermengen. Den Kuchen zwischen den drei Schichten mit der Creme bestreichen und auch rundherum.

Fondant:

Den Fond am Vortag an ein wärmeres Plätzchen z.B. neben die Heizung legen, damit er etwas weicher wird. Das hilft sehr bei der Verarbeitung.
Backpapier auslegen, den Fond ausrollen damit er auf einen Durchmesser von mindestens 40 cm kommt. Die ausgerollte Masse dann vorsichtig auf die Torte legen und die überstehenden Ränder abschneiden.
Nun kann der Kuchen variabel mit Fledermäusen oder anderen gruseligen Sachen dekoriert werden.
