Zutaten

250 g Zucker
4 Eigelb
75 g Weichweizen-Grieß
1 Liter Milch
1 TL Zitronenschale Zitrusback
2 EL Butter

Zubereitung

150 g Zucker und Eigelb dicklich schlagen. Grieß und 2 Esslöffel Milch unterrühren.
Restliche Milch mit Aroma aufkochen und vom Herd nehmen. Grießmasse nach und nach einrühren.
Bei geringer Hitze unter ständigem Rühren ca. 10 Minuten köcheln lassen. Butter unterrühren und Masse in 4 feuerfeste Förmchen geben, abkühlen lassen und ca. 1 Stunde kalt stellen.
Backofen auf höchste Stufe (Oberhitze/Grill) vorheizen.
Grießcreme mit restlichem Zucker bestreuen und kurz auf oberster Schiene in den Backofen stellen bis der Zucker karamellisiert ist.
Sofort servieren.
